This bundle is ideal for normal, dry or sensitive skin types. 

If you are looking at getting around 600mg or more a day of elemental magnesium, this is a great one to start with! Using a combination of products allows the body many different opportunities to absorb the magnesium it needs throughout the day.

• Adding mineral drops to your drinking water helps to start hydrating the body better from the inside and at the same time is delivering a gentle trickle of magnesium into the body that the gut can easily absorb. Over 200mg of elemental magnesium in 3 litres of drinking water at 9 drops per litre.
• The Magnesium Cream Moisturisers deliver 150mg of elemental magnesium per tsp and also work as an all natural underarm deodorant and a beautiful facial moisturiser.
• Our Charge Lotion is generally well tolerated by dry/sensitive skin types which is why we have included a small sample of this one so you can try it and decide if it suits your skin type. The Charge Lotion delivers 300mg of elemental magnesium per tsp and also works as an all natural deodorant. It can be used anywhere on the body but avoid the face as it may be too strong
• The Oil Spritz is our highest magnesium concentration product. For dry and sensitive skin types, it's recommend to use the moisturising creams to condition the skin first and then add the spray over the top for an added magnesium boost. The Oil Spritz delivers 300mg of elemental magnesium per 6 sprays and can be put anywhere on the body but avoid the face.
